Finance investment: BIDV deals with trading securities, contributes capital to establish joint-stock companies which invest into different projects and takes the lead in a number of pivotal projects of the country such as BIDV Expressway Development Company (BEDC), Long Thanh International Airport with a capacity of 80 -100 million passengers per year, Cam Ranh Airport, Vietnam Aircraft Leasing Company (VALC). VALC signed a contract to buy eight Boeing 787.9 ; five ATR 72-500 and ten Air Bus A21 aircraft.etc…. and plan to buy eight A350 -900.

BIDV has nearly 14,000 employees who are well-trained in banking and finance and equipped with the experiences that have been accumulated and transferred over half a century, which are attributable to the benefits and trustworthy that BIDV could bring to customers.
Banking network: There are 115 branches and 500 transaction offices as well as thousands of ATMs and POSs of BIDV in all 64 cities and provinces.
Non-banking network: Securities Company BSC, 20 branches of Insurance Company BIC, 2 Financial Leasing Companies
BIDV has invested into banking, insurance and finance investment in Laos, Russia and especially Cambodia (through Investment and Development Company of Cambodia (IDCC), Bank for Investment and Development of Cambodia (BIDC) and Cambodia Vietnam Insurance Company (CVI); Representative Office in Myanmar).
BIDV has effectively set up joint ventures with international partners like VID-Public (with the partner in Malaysia), Lao Viet Bank (with the partner in Laos), Viet Nam Russia Bank (with the partner in Russia), BIDV Tower Joint Venture Company (with the partner in Singapore) and BIDV- Vietnam Partner Investment Management (with the partner in the United States).
Today BIDV has representative offices in Cambodia and Myanmar.
