Marcus is a Strategic Management Consultant, with over 20 years’ experience within the Payments, Financial Services, and Loyalty sectors across Asia Pacific, Europe, UK and US, where he successfully enabled banking clients to achieve significant business results through insights and innovative solutions. His key focus is in strategy development and problem solving including transforming the customer experience in sales channels, profitability, product development and go-to-market, program management as well as leading strategy execution in both internal and external environments through collaborative ownership with his clients.
He is also a fully experienced Creative Problem Solving (CPS) facilitator, and has led/facilitated many skills-training workshops across more than 11 countries in the AP region, focusing on Co-creation / Ideation, NPD, Brand Architecture, Customer Engagement & Experience, and process improvements.
